HHDB Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open an account and use HHDB's services, you must meet the conditions listed below. If any of these conditions are not met, HHDB reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years must be met.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country where you reside.
• Each individual Single Account Only one account is allowed per person. If multiple accounts are found, all will be terminated.
• All information provided in the registration form must be accurate and truthful.
• You must confirm that you are not a citizen or resident of any restricted country.
• You are playing on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.

You must provide your full name, mobile number, and date of birth accurately at registration. HHDB may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in account suspension.

2. Account Management

Your HHDB account is strictly personal. You are solely responsible for keeping it secure. The following rules are mandatory:

• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person Strictly Prohibited।
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at support@hhdb.ws.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• An inactivity fee may apply after 12 months of keeping your account dormant.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

HHDB supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit Amount ৳200।
• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and number used for the original deposit.
• Successful withdrawals are generally 1–24 hours is completed within.
• HHDB may hold a withdrawal and request additional verification if a transaction appears suspicious.
• Any transactions suspected of money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

HHDB regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. General rules are outlined below:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirements Withdrawals will not be processed until this is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or pattern betting is detected, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus is applicable only once per person, household, address, or device.
• HHDB reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5. Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing games on HHDB. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG technology and HHDB has no control over results whatsoever.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, server issue, or internet disconnection, it will be considered void.
• HHDB is not responsible for bets placed due to a misunderstanding of game rules.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• HHDB reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an odds error.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

6. Responsible Gaming

HHDB believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. The well-being and peace of mind of our users always comes first.

• Session Time Limit You can set a session time limit to stop playing after a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion Alternatively, your account can be locked for a specified period.
• If you show signs of gaming addiction, our support team is here to help.
• If you suspect anyone under 18 is playing, notify HHDB immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HHDB. If detected, your account will be immediately terminated and legal action may be taken where applicable:

• Using HHDB for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using stolen or third-party payment methods to conduct transactions.
• Deliberately providing false information to inflate your balance.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

HHDB reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

If you wish to close your account at any time, email us at support@hhdb.ws. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

HHDB is not liable for the following:

• Any loss or missed bet resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Errors or failures in third-party software or services.
• If your account details are compromised due to your own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• For financial loss or personal issues arising from gaming.

HHDB's total liability will in no case exceed the actual balance held in your account.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

HHDB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of HHDB after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
